We had an exceptional experience at this charming hotel. the location was perfect, with a local ski lift within a 200m walk. the room was cozy and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the service provided by the staff was impeccable, ensuring our every need was met. the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start our day off right. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room, which added to the overall experience. the hotel had fantastic facilities such as a cozy lounge area and a relaxing spa.
The price calculation discrepancy could be improved to avoid any confusion.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the cozy ambiance and the holiday decorations that made our stay more festive. The breakfast spread was also satisfying and included an array of hot and cold dishes. We appreciated the central location, with easy access to shops and restaurants.
We found it frustrating that taxes and other fees were not clearly displayed beforehand, resulting in a higher than expected bill. We also encountered issues with the heating system in our room, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.
